Every now and then you come across a book that seems like it could’ve been written about you. This book is that for me. I identified with the female main character, Charlie, so much. The emotions as she talked about her past loss hit me like a ton of bricks. The story between Reese and Charlie was so well written with insight from the past as well as the present. If cheating is a deal breaker for you, then skip this book. But, this book is much more than just a book about infidelity. It also contains the emotions and thought processes. I know if I am #TeamCameron (Charlie’s husband) or #TeamReese (Charlie’s First Love), but I’ll keep that to myself. It would be best if you read the book and came to your own conclusion. The story is told primarily from the alternating views of Charlie and Reese but towards the end there is some view from Cameron. After the ending, I am patiently waiting for the second book of this duet.
