Book Review: Inferno: Part 1 by T.K. Leigh

Inferno: Part 1 (Inferno # 1)Inferno: Part 1 by T.K. Leigh
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

** Note: I received a complimentary copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. **

This novella captivated me from the beginning. Inferno part 1, the first part of a multi-part story, has everything I look for in a quick read: quick character development and early love scenes. Some novellas I have read skimped on the character development for the sake of the story but for me, the character development is as equally important as the story. If you are a fan of early “jump in the bed” scenes, then this book is for you. As a first installment of a story, it has the hold your mouth open cliffhanger that demands the next part ASAP!

T.K. has always been a go-to author for me for novels. Each story she writes never disappoints me and leaves me waiting begging for her next release.

Book Review: Writing Mr. Right by T.K. Leigh

Writing Mr. RightWriting Mr. Right by T.K. Leigh
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

** I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. **

I have loved everything T.K. Leigh has written to date and Writing Mr. Right is no exception. Whether she publishes a romantic suspense or a romantic comedy, she makes me feel a wide range of emotions. My emotion roller coaster was up and down with this one.

I know people who feel as Molly does about love. I felt like I was also one of her best friends along on the journey as she matured and faced the heartache of her past. I absolutely love Noah as the male main character in the story. This book had the perfect mixture of laugh out loud moments and get teary eyed moments. Another must read by the fabulous T.K. Leigh.

Book Review: Vanished by T.K. Leigh

Vanished (Beautiful Mess #4)Vanished by T.K. Leigh
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

** I received a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. **

I loved the Beautiful Mess series by T.K. Leigh so I was excited to see that Mr. Burnham was back. This book was suspense/psychological thriller rather than romantic suspense like the Beautiful Mess series which was a good change of pace from what I am used to.

Vanished takes place 10 years after the events of the Beautiful Mess series. This book is written to be a stand-alone and one does not need to read the previous series to understand this one (although I recommend reading it just because it was an awesome series). The characters are written in Vanished so that a reader that had not read the previous series knows and understands them. The surprising twists and turns kept me interested. In fact, I refused to go to bed until I was done with it. Just when I thought I knew what was happening, I found out I was going with the wrong thought process.

T.K.’s ability to maintain my attention never fails and this novel was no exception.
