Me + football related stories = heart eyes

No lie. I am a football junkie so I picked this title because it had quarterback in the title (one of my quirks).

We are introduced to both of the main characters – Luke and Natalia – in the first chapter. Despite their bickering, it was obvious that they would form some sort of relationship – even if it was just a friendship. As they spent more time together, you could tell that their banter was the result of their own feelings of some sort of inadequacy.

I’m not happy that Luke felt he had to resort to “that decision” in an effort to push Natalia away. But, it is what it is.

This is a good read for someone who likes the YA/NA genre since it takes place in the college setting. This is book 2 in a series but can be read as a standalone. The ending was a good conclusion for the story.
