Book Review: Save Me by Cecy Robson

Save Me (O'Brien Family, #5)Save Me by Cecy Robson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

** Note: I received a complimentary copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. **

This is book 5 in the O’Brien Family series. This book can be read as a stand-alone, but I think I would’ve enjoyed it much more had I read the other 4. Seamus’ family is introduced through each book in the series and I think I would’ve understood the entire family better if I had read each of their stories.

Our main characters, Seamus and Allie, both have some character flaws that they need to work on. I think by the end, they both come to terms with those flaws. Secondary characters include Seamus and Allie’s families. I loved Seamus’ family and have added their stories to my TBR list. They are an outgoing and lively family. Allie’s family, on the other hand, just grated my nerves. I could tell where her insecurities stem from.

Seamus and Allie’s friendship was interesting and humorous. Their romance was well deserved and the two of them finally found what they each needed in a partner.
