Book Review: Mend the Seams by Silla Webb

Mend the Seams (Buried Secrets, #3)Mend the Seams by Silla Webb
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

** I received a complimentary copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. **

Mend the Seams is the third book in Silla Webb’s Buried Secrets series. I loved the first two and this one was no exception. While the first two focused on Carly Jo and Colton, this is Luke and Savannah’s story. I have liked Luke since he was introduced in Book 1 and I loved reading about his story. I loved the alternating point of views from Luke to Savannah to even Josh. This is not a book filled with sex, so if that is what you’re looking for, this is not the book for you. This is a story about self – discovery and finding true happiness after fighting through despair.

I am eager to hear more of why Josh treated Savannah the way he did. I am also eager to hear more of the twisted friendship between Josh and Drew Varney (hopefully in Book 4???). I should hate Silla for the emotional roller coaster she sends me on with every book, but at the same time I love her for being able to invoke such emotions in me. I now am (im)patiently waiting for Book 4.
